The early bird ticket priced at NT$500 will end its sale at 23:59 (GMT+8) on May 15th, 2024.

Usage:

• This product is redeemed using electronic vouchers, which can be presented either in print or on a mobile phone to gain entry to the event.
• Each electronic voucher is valid for one-time use, allowing one person per day to enter the COMPUTEX 2024 FORUM with the QR code on the voucher.
• How to access purchased tickets:
  • Go to the ticket purchase page for COMPUTEX 2024 FORUM.
  • Click on the menu button in the top left corner to login.
  • After logging in, click the menu again.
  • Select "Purchase record".
  • Click on "COMPUTEX 2024 FORUM".
  • Once on the order history page, scroll down to confirm your tickets.

《使用方式》

• 本商品採電子票券的方式兌換，可使用列印或於手機出示電子票券提供活動核銷入場。
• 本電子票券限使用一次，1人日可憑票券QRcode進入COMPUTEX 2024 FORUM。
• 如何打開我已經購買的票卷?
  • 前往COMPUTEX 2024 FORUM購票頁面。
  • 點選左上角的三橫線打開選單進行登入。
  • 登入後再度點選左上角的三橫線打開選單。
  • 點選「Purchase record」。
  • 點選「COMPUTEX 2024 FORUM」。
  • 進入訂單紀錄頁面後往下拉即可確認票卷。

Ticket Purchase Notes:

• Unified invoices are issued upon the sale of tickets and will not be reissued upon consumption.
• Tickets are valuable and should be carefully preserved. Loss, damage, tearing, or any other condition that renders the ticket unidentifiable will deem it invalid, and requests for reissue or replacement will not be accepted.
• Tickets are immediately voided upon use. Any illegal actions such as replication, alteration, photocopying, or reproduction of tickets will result in legal consequences upon discovery.
• Ticket regulations are subject to announcements made on-site and on the official website. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event as necessary for any matters not covered in the above.

《購票須知》

• 本票券出售時已開立統一發票，消費時將不再開立。
• 本票券為有價票券，請妥善保管，如發生遺失、破損、折損及打洞等無法辨別之情形，視為無效票券，恕不接受重新退換補發。
• 票券經使用後即時註銷，任意重製、塗改、影印、複製等違法行為，一經查獲移送法辦。
• 票券規定依現場及官方網站公告為主，上述事項若有未盡事宜，主辦單位保留活動更改之權利。
  

1. Refund Policy:

Refund Request & Processing Fee

1. Unused electronic tickets can be refunded before 16:30 on June 5, 2024.
2. A 10% refund handling fee per ticket will be charged for refunds; additional bank transfer fees may apply depending on the refund method.
3. All refunds require filling out the "Refund Application Form" online first, and the refund process will proceed after confirmation by the organizer. Refund Application Form link (please click).
4. Refunds require canceling the entire order; partial refunds for individual tickets are not possible.
5. Ticket exchanges are treated as refunds; please process the refund and purchase other tickets separately.
6. Failure to request a refund within the specified period is considered a waiver of the refund option.
7. Credit card refunds are subject to the processing time of the issuing bank, typically taking 7 to 14 working days.
8. However, if the reason for refund or exchange is beyond the consumer's control (such as event cancellation due to epidemic), no refund handling fee will be charged, and the organizer will announce alternative refund methods separately.

【退票資訊】

• 未使用之電子票券可於2024/06/05 16:30前進行退費。
• 退票每張酌收10%退票手續費；另依照退票方式可能需負擔匯退手續費。
• 退票均需先於線上填寫「退票申請單」，經由主辦單位確認後進行退票程序。
• 退票須整筆訂單取消，無法部分票券部分退款。
• 換票等同於退票，請辦理退票後另行購買其他票券。
• 如票券超過退票期限未退票時，視同放棄使用無法退費。
• 信用卡退費依發卡行及銀行之作業時間為準，約需7日~14日工作天。
• 惟若退、換票之事由不可歸責於消費者(例如因疫情而導致活動停辦)，不收取退票手續費，由主辦單位另行公告退票辦法。
